Meditation

Group Meditation
Everyday stress creates low-level static that makes clear thinking and communication difficult. And when we are working hard just to cope socially, stress adds another layer of difficulty.

We’ve all heard how meditating is ‘good for us’. And while we’d love to enjoy the benefits of less stress, an enhanced sense of positivity and wellbeing, improved relationships, sometimes meditation seems just too hard to do on our own. This is when meditating in a group can help. It’s a great way to ‘drop in’ to ourselves and experience these benefits first-hand.

Children and Parents class
Shared, positive experiences outside the home helps to strengthen family relationships. One of the best ways to support both yourself and your child is by working together in small groups. This meditation group is for primary school children aged 7 – 12, with a parent/s, and runs over a 7 week period. Each session begins start with gentle warm-ups to get out of our heads and into our bodies, followed by Short periods of meditation.
